The Annual Business Meeting Date was held on January January 25, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the South Texas Council.  The purpose of holding this annual business meeting, was:

- To receive  annual reports for 2006 of the Executive Board, Officers and various committees.
- To elect  2007 Members at Large, National Council Members, regular members of the Executive Board, officers of the corporation, and Advisory Council Members.
- To receive and approve  financial statements of the corporation, and transacting such other businesses as may come before The Board.
