WHAT IS  JLT?  It is a six-day outdoor learning experience for Troop Junior Leaders, Senior Patrol Leaders, Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders, Patrol Leaders, Troop Guides, Troop Officers and Scouts who have leadership potential, in the opinion of the Scoutmaster.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?  Registered Scouts, 14-17 years of age at course time.  (Exceptions can only be approved by the Course Director).  Scouts should be First Class or higher in rank, at course time. 

Arrowhead Staff Positions - Course Director, Ron Nelson, is looking for qualified youth and adult staff members for this year's Arrowehead Training.  Youth staff need to have completed Arrowhead Training and be at least 14 years of age.  Adults are encouraged to volunteer to help maintain a strong leader to youth ratio to advisor to youth staff.
