Directions from Corpus Christi

Travel north on Interstate 37 to Mathis, Texas.  Take exit 34 towards Lake Corpus Christi Recreation Area.  Turn left at State Highway 359.  Travel on State Highway 359 south to Mathis until you cross the Nueces River Bridge.  Turn right as soon as you cross the bridge.  Follow this road until you come to the entrance leading to the Corpus Christi State Park.  Turn left into the entrance to the park.  Proceed towards the park until you reach the fork in the road.  Take the right fork past the State Park to the Camp Karankawa entrance on the left.

Directions from Victoria

Take US 59 south to Beeville (55 miles).  Take US 181 south to Skidmore (12 miles).
Follow TX 359 southwest into Mathis.  Turn right on Business 350 into Mathis.
A the traffic light in Mathis, turn right onto Rt. 666 (San Patricio St.)
After about ¼ mile, turn left at the Catholic Church onto Rt 1068
Turn left on Rt 1068 and follow Rt 1068 to park Road #25 (about 4 miles)
Turn right on Park Road #25 and Camp entrance will be about 1.5 miles down on the left.
